What is TrailStrap™ made of?

TrailStrap™ is a material developed for active use. It does not absorb water or smell, remains flexible in both cold and heat, and is extremely durable compared to traditional nylon or leather straps.

Can the collar be used in water, mud, and snow?

Yes. Both the collar and leash are designed for use in water, snow, mud, heat, and frost. The material dries quickly and can easily be rinsed clean under running water.

What makes the German Fidlock® buckle special?

The Fidlock® buckle combines magnetic guidance with mechanical locking. It closes precisely and securely and remains safe under load. This technology is typically used in safety equipment for extreme sports and professional outdoor gear and was chosen for its reliability and quality.

Does the buckle contain metal?

Yes. The buckle is constructed with metal components and stainless steel, providing significantly greater strength and durability than standard plastic buckles.

Does the collar stretch over time?

No. TrailStrap™ does not stretch over time. The collar maintains its shape and length, even with daily use.

What if my dog grows?

The collar is designed with extended adjustability, allowing it to be adjusted over time. This means you don’t need to replace the collar simply because your dog grows or changes muscle mass.

My dog is between two sizes. Which should I choose?

We recommend choosing the larger size for optimal comfort and adjustment range.

Are the breeds in the size guide only indicative?

Yes. The listed breeds are examples only. We always recommend measuring your dog’s neck circumference to ensure the best fit.

How fast do you deliver?

We ship from Denmark within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary for international orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free delivery to a pickup point once your order qualifies for free shipping. The free shipping threshold is shown automatically at checkout. Shipping rates for international orders may vary.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Of course. If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or colour, or request a refund, please complete our return form on the website or via this (LINK).

You always have the right to exchange or receive a refund within 14 days from the day you receive your order, provided the product has not been used. All original packaging must be returned together with the product. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it has been received by us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
