We ship all orders from Denmark within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary for international shipments.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel all the way.
Free delivery to a pickup point on orders over €110. Different shipping rates may apply for international orders.
For orders under 110 EUR, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, this can be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SAFETY OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY
The collar is built around a magnetic Fidlock® safety buckle - a closure system developed in Germany for equipment with high safety requirements.
The magnetic mechanism ensures correct and secure closure every time. Unlike standard plastic buckles, the lock is constructed with metal components and designed to withstand significantly higher loads.
The same technology is used in climbing equipment and professional outdoor gear.

TrailStrap™ is our material, developed for an active dog life in all kinds of weather. It withstands water, snow, mud, heat, and frost - without compromising on function or comfort.
Unlike traditional materials such as leather and nylon, TrailStrap™ is water-resistant, smell-free, and does not absorb water or dirt. It dries quickly and remains comfortable for your dog, even after wet and muddy adventures.
The material is designed with focus on longevity and high resistance in mind, making it suitable for repeated use - both in everyday life and on new adventures.
