2. Orders

Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

A binding agreement is only formed once your order has been accepted and processed by Danish Companion.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order in the event of obvious errors, technical issues, or if an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our webshop are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are always displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes will never affect orders that have already been completed.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment is only captured once your order has been dispatched, unless otherwise stated for pre-orders or special promotions.

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment providers.

5. Shipping

All orders are shipped from Denmark.

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and during checkout.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is clearly displayed on the product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

6. Pre-Orders

When purchasing products marked as Pre-Order, your order is reserved immediately.

The estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you've ordered the wrong size, we also offer free size exchanges.

8. Warranty Claims

As a consumer, you're protected by the applicable provisions of Danish consumer law regarding defective products.

If you experience a defect or fault with one of our products, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

9. Products & Safe Use

Our products are designed for everyday use with dogs.

It is your responsibility to select the correct size and use the product safely and appropriately.

Even high-quality products are subject to wear, heavy loads, and improper use. Please inspect collars, leashes, and other equipment regularly for signs of wear and replace the product if any damage is detected.

No collar or leash can guarantee complete safety under all circumstances.

10. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and materials as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences between product images and the delivered product may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and natural variations in materials.

We reserve the right to improve or update our products at any time without prior notice.
