Product Safety and Liability
Intended Use
Danish Companion products are designed and intended for their specified use. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct product and size and to ensure that the product is used properly.
Dog Behaviour
Danish Companion has no control over any individual dog's behaviour, temperament, reactions, or actions. The dog owner is solely responsible for handling their dog and for determining whether the product is suitable for the specific situation.
Maintenance
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product regularly and ensure that it remains in good condition and suitable for continued use.
Limitation of Liability
Danish Companion shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from:
- improper use of the product,
- incorrect fitting or inadequate maintenance,
- the behaviour or actions of the dog,
- circumstances beyond Danish Companion's reasonable control.
Nothing in this provision limits or excludes any rights that cannot be waived under applicable Danish law.
